Our web site calculates shipping cost automatically. Most orders over $1000 value will have free shipping however freight charges forbulky & high volume goods will be informed to the client after receiving the order. Delivery usually takes 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday,excluding public holidays) provided all products are in stock at the time ofordering.
If you require International, Same Day or Express delivery please place your order then email: email@example.com and quote your OrderReference Number. We will calculate and add the additional costs into your order.
International Delivery may not be available to variouscountries and cities.

We currently accept the payment before delivery via CreditCards (Visa/ Master card/Bankcard with a charge of 1.5% including GST, AMEXwill incur a charge of 2.5%. Direct Deposits and Internet Transfers can be madeto the following accounts:

We only accept company cheques to pre approved customers.
Goods will not be release until funds are cleared.
Returns and Refund
Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days ofyou receiving the goods. A restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will bededucted. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all theoriginal packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. Anyincorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to COMPUTERSHOP.COM.AU PTY LTD via phonewithin 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.
All goods sold by COMPUTERSHOP.COM.AU come with anone-year back to base manufacturer warranty. All the peripheral components arecovered by standard manufacturer warranty. We will require a copy of invoice tobe sent with goods under warranty. Goods under warranty cover will be replacedor repaired by the manufacturers. No refund can be provided under anycircumstances. COMPUTERSHOP.COM.AU is responsible for the handling ofmost products' warranty processes. The manufacturers not COMPUTERSHOP.COM.AU provide warrantees for individual parts we sell. DOA (Dead on arrival) itemsare eligible for refund or an instant replacement from us. DOA items must bereported within 7 days from the time you receive your goods. Customers mustrequest a RA (Return Authorisation) number prior to returning any merchandiseto COMPUTERSHOP.COM.AU. Before the RA number is issue we have to test the goods and make sure that the goods are DOA. A large percentage of returned goods are found to be, not faulty. All warrantees are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, misinstalled, modified, tampered,abused, physically damaged, used under wrong voltage etc or effected by pestand pets. In any event we do not take the liability of client data. Data backupis customers responsibility.
COMPUTERSHOP.COM.AU's warranty on its own assembled PC'swill not cover any power fluctuations or power failure. Computer systems built byCOMPUTERSHOP.COM.AU carry a one year parts and two years labour warranty.
Warranty Turnaround time
We do not provide advance replacement under anycircumstances. Please keep this in mind when you place your order. COMPUTERSHOP.COM.AU is not responsible for any losses resulting from the time it takes to have thefaulty item replaced or repaired.
